About Duval Street

Named after William Pope Duval, the first territorial governor of Florida, Duval Street has been the centre of Key West life since the 19th century. Today it draws millions of visitors annually who come for the sunset celebrations at Mallory Square, the annual Fantasy Fest, and the laid-back island atmosphere that makes Key West unlike anywhere else in the United States.
